Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare your ordered items before shipping, it varies from product to product. Engraving or custom orders may take 3-7 working days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification sent to your email address with tracking details and the estimated delivery date.
Shipping Time
The time for your item(s) to travel from our factory to your destination. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order submission date.
Our products can be shipped all over the world. We make every effort to ship your product within the time frame below. If the delivery is delayed or exceed the estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact our customer support.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Custom4U. Custom4U has no control over what local governments charge, and does not collect this money.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender. Shipments that are refused or abandoned because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping, and any return shipping, taxes, and duty charges will not be refunded.
How to deal with lost package(s)?
Custom4U is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please be sure to monitor the tracking number we provide to you with your shipping confirmation to follow your order until it's delivered. Should your tracking indicate that the order has been delivered, and you are unable to locate your package, please check with your neighbors to see if they received the delivery on your behalf. Also, be sure to check around your door, porch, and garage. If you live in an apartment, make sure the item hasn't been delivered to the leasing office. If after completing these steps and you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us: support@custom4u-fashion.com and we will file a claim with the carrier. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
We do send out tracking information and tracking updates with every order, so be sure to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delayed Packaged
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve the issues about reshipments, claims, or lost packages.
In the event a package has been lost, missing, or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: support@custom4u-fashion.com with your order number.
